What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller so you must contact and/or refer to an original sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds are almost always made back to the original card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However, some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift cards. Please refer to the original sellers refund policy.
UPS Pickups
As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to your address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be certain you've described the defect, damage, or error including that in the returned package. In the event the original packaging is available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid difficulties with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.
